Call for Residency Fellowship in France



A $1,000 fellowship for a one-month residency at the Château de La Napoule in France is available for artists of various disciplines. The program's goal is to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and creativity in a supportive environment.

This program provides an opportunity for individual artistic expression while also aiding in shared personal, professional, and artistic discovery within a supportive setting. During the residency, artists become part of a community of peers, engaging in the exchange of ideas and cultural interaction.


Artistic Disciplines:

Visual Arts, Sculpture, Dance, Theater, Performing Arts, Textile Art, Music, Literature, New Media, Animation, Filmmaking, Photography, and Curatorial.


Services and Support:

Accommodation: A private room in the Château de La Napoule.

Workspace: A private studio and workspace for each artist.

Stipend: Each artist receives a $1,000 stipend to help cover travel and/or material costs.

Amenities: Kitchen, internet, meals, and exhibition space.

Opportunities: Networking and collaboration with other artists.


Participant Requirements:

Emerging or established artists aged 18 or older.

Proficiency in English or French.

The ability to be physically present for the entire residency period.

Family, friends, children, or pets are not permitted.

Couples must apply separately.
